Any personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer should be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.
Notification of any changes to your personal information can be made by you, updating the account information page before placing any new orders.

You agree not to hold liable Beauty Logistics Limited or it’s third-party vendors, for any delays in shipping and or failure to ‘fully satisfy’ which may have aided in a personal loss or additional expense.
Product Display & Descriptions:
Take notice that each product purchased, is sold subject to the Brand or Manufacturers’ EAN or UPC barcode. Beauty Logistics Limited has made every effort to reproduce the manufacturers’ product details on this Website as accurately as possible. However, some information may from time to time appear differently whereby a manufacturer has altered their product details or product label, without changing the product unique EAN or UPC barcode. You accept the Product pictures, Wig and Hair models or samples, may differ slightly in photography than the image seen on your digital screen. If you are not satisfied with the item you have ordered, we offer a no quibble 28 day money back guarantee on all products in our returns policy.
Product Information:
Beauty Logistics Limited take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
Making your order:
"This Website" will regenerate a unique order reference number, each time you place an order with us.
In placing your order: All order must be placed and paid for via "This Website" and cannot be verbally communicated. Any communication with you (the Customer), from Beauty Logistics will be via your email address as supplied when you registered, using your unique order reference number.
In the event that you do not receive a confirmation email after registering or placing your order, please contact us immediately. Beauty logistics Limited will not be responsible if you should fail to receive emails sent to the email address you provide when you register.
In the event of an issue with your order, you agree to allow Beauty Logistics and its staff to contact you, via telephone or e-mail and offer an alternative goods and or services.
The technical steps required, creating the contract between you and us, are as follows: selecting and placing your product/s in the "Shopping Basket", completing the desired shipping type of service and successfully completing the online payment process, then pressing the ‘confirm’ button at the end of the checkout process, once our bankers, confirm your payment has been processed. We will then send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered with your order reference number.
When your products are dispatched, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following: • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock. • The product you ordered being unavailable for delivery to your selected delivery country. • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment. • The identification of a pricing or product description error. You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions. Beauty Logistics Limited reserves the right to restrict the number of items, available for sale to any individual Customer.
Order Delivery:
At busy times orders may take 2-3 days to be dispatched. The majority of orders are received within 2-3 business days after dispatch. As we cannot guarantee the speed of the postal service please allow up to: 8 business days for Royal Mail Delivery, 12 business days for Western Europe and 20 business days for the rest of the world.
Payment:
We accept payment in GBP (£), Euro (€) and USD ($).
For payments made in GBP we accept: Visa and MasterCard. For all other payments we accept: Visa, MasterCard and direct bank to bank transfers’. Direct bank transfers are subject to an additional £6.00 UKGB processing charge.
We do not hold any credit card details. All payments are processed securely through our approved payment provider's website.
VAT:
All prices displayed on this Website, are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate. Value added Tax can only be reclaimed if an exemption certificate has been supplied to and approved by (Her Majesties Revenues and Customs) HMRC.
Returns Policy:
All products purchased through this Website are covered by our 28 day no quibble guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product(s) to us within 28 days of receiving your order and we will refund your payment. Please include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the item(s). We offer a postal return address for our UK & Channel Island Customers only.
For faulty or damaged goods; your statutory rights are not affected.
For reasons of hygiene & safety, we cannot refund or exchange any grooming products or cosmetics that have been removed from the original wrapping or show any signs of having been used unless they are faulty.
Order Cancellation:
Subject to your UK statuary Consumer rights; we are only able to cancel and refund orders which have been returned to us in a resalable condition. In some cases an order can be cancelled if it has not already been dispatched.
You are entitled to cancel your online order or phone order up to 28 days after the day on which you receive your order.
If you realise you have made a mistake when ordering, please try to contact us as soon as you can by email at sales@afrohairboutique.com (with the word "Cancel" present in the subject line), or in office hours by calling +44 203 137 5543.
We will refund to the original payment method used to place the order and provide you with our returns address so you can return the goods to us at your expense. Please return the goods within 14 days. Please note, we reserve the right to await receipt of the returned goods, before issuing your refund.
Faulty, Damaged, Unsatisfactory Quality or Incorrect Item Received:
We will always do our best to ensure that your products arrive correctly and in perfect condition. However, occasionally mistakes do occur or items are damaged in transit. Please check your product on receipt and report any issues to us as soon as possible.
The sooner we are notified the easier and quicker it will be to resolve the issue for you.
Where products received are of poor quality, incorrect, faulty or damaged, the following applies: Within 28 days of receipt of the goods: we will offer you a full refund (Once the goods have been returned to your office), including any postage you paid or if you prefer and the product is still available, a replacement will be sent.

Shipment outside the UK:
We have no control over taxes, customs and fees on orders sent outside of the UK. Please contact your local customs office for details of any possible charges prior to placing your order.

For your added security all payment pages are hosted and processed by Barclaycard Payment Services which means that we don't hold records of your credit card details. Once you cancel your account you will no longer be able to shop online or receive e-mails from us. You can re-register at a later date using the same email address, however any historic order information will not be available to view. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. Promotional Voucher Codes & Gifts
From time to time we may make promotional Voucher Codes available for discounts, prize draws or free gifts. Please be aware that certain Vouchers may be applied automatically during checkout according to basket criteria that you have fulfilled; in order to offer you further automatic discounts or gifts with your order. Voucher Codes remain valid for the durations stated in our promotional materials, at the sole discretion of "this Website" and may be discontinued at any time without prior notice. Customers may only redeem either one Voucher Code, or a single promotional gift, per order.
