How to Use:
Mix in a 1:1 ratio with Wella Welloxon Perfect developer (6%, 9%, or 12% depending on desired lift and coverage). Apply evenly to dry hair and process for 30–40 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and follow with Wella post-colour treatment.
