How to Use:

In a non-metallic bowl, mix a full jar of Manic Mixer Pastel-izer with a few drops of your chosen Manic Panic hair colour until the desired pastel shade is achieved. Apply to pre-lightened hair for best results. Leave on for 30–45 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Special Note:

For optimal results, apply to hair that has been pre-lightened to a level 10 blonde. The more mixer you use, the lighter the resulting shade will be.
