Black Opal Deluxe Finishing Powder is a translucent loose powder that sets makeup and controls oil throughout the day. Hypoallergenic, non comedogenic. Advanced oil absorbing ingredients inhibit oil and minimize shine throughout the day . Color balancing pigments ensure that skin doesnt appear dull or ashy. Sheer, translucent shades complement Black Opals True Color Foundation shades. Triple milled powder makes skin feel and look silky.
